You agree not to utilize our Unicode formatting tools, generators, or related services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any local, regional, national, or international statutes or regulations.
• Infringing upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other proprietary rights.
• Distributing malicious computer code, ransomware, worms, trojans, or automated botnets.
• Subverting platform access throttles, rate limits, or attempting unauthorized database intrusions.
• Generating misleading characters to spoof system filenames, executable extensions, or phishing addresses.

B. Service Modifications and Maintenance

We continuously refine our utilities to enhance speed, accuracy, and reliability. We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or deprecate specific features or tool routes at any time. Whenever feasible, advance notice of critical API or structural changes will be provided.

C. Fair Usage Limitations

Certain free and trial tiers are subject to operational throughput boundaries to ensure fair network resource allocation. Excessive bulk traffic or automated queries exceeding published capacity boundaries may require plan upgrades or temporarily encounter rate limiting.

B. Payment Processing

C. Cancellation & Renewals

You may discontinue or cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your user dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period, preserving your plan access until that date.

The visual design, brand identity, documentation, software algorithms, logos, styling, and editorial compilations of Invisible Character remain the proprietary property of Invisible Character and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property regulations.

B. Your Processed Content

You retain full ownership of your content. We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership interest in any documents, strings, or text that you copy, paste, generate, or transform using our platform.

C. User Feedback

If you submit product recommendations, feature ideas, or feedback, you grant us an unencumbered, perpetual license to implement those suggestions to improve our platform without compensation or restriction.
